Threaded Male to Plain Female Pressure Socket Union
Superbly manufactured Threaded Male to Plain Female Pressure socket union.
These Socket Unions have a 1-1/2 inch BSP male thread and a female glue fitting to connect various ancilleries such as pumps, heaters, UV's etc. to Class E Pressure Pipe. These are the socket union version which enables a quick disconnection of the ancilleries by simply unscrewing the fitting into it's two halves.
This allows disconnection and re-connection of pumps UV's etc quickly and easily to allow maintenance and cleaning.
Threaded Male to Plain Female Pressure Socket Union Sizes Available:
- 1-1/2 Inch male thread to 1-1/2 Inch Pressure Pipe.
- 2 Inch Male Thread to 2 Inch Pressure pipe.
If you wish to alter the outlet female connection size, for instance, using the 2 Inch thread but requiring a 1-1/2 Inch pipe outlet size, this can be achieve by using one of the 2 Inch to 1-1/2 Inch pressure reducers
These can be reduced on the female side to accomodate black solvent Weld pipe by using the reducing Sleeves (Pressure to Waste)
