Aquaforte Prime Buster 140 watt UVC

This new AquaForte Prime Buster 140 watt professional UVC sterilizer has been developed by AquaForte and is suitable for larger ponds. This new of Prime Buster 140 watt UV-C sterilizer will cater for ponds up to 44000 gallons (200000 litres) and can handle flow rates up to 6600 gph (30000 lph) due to their innovative design all from it's single 140 watt high performance Amalagam UVC Lamp.

These new Prime Buster UVC units are made from 316L stainless steel and can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The four leveling feet in the bottom of the floor stand can be removed and installed in the back of the bottom and top mounting plate enabelling the unit to be horizontally mounted and the feet can be used to ensure that the unit is perfectly level.

This Prime Buster 140 watt UV-C  can be used with salt water and chlorinated water applications, they all come with seperate ballast control boxes which display  the lamp life and condition of the Amalagam UV lamps that these units use. There is a single light on the display that indicates the status of the UV-C Amalagam lamp as follows. Green light indicates everything is ok, Flashing Green light indicates that the lamp(s) are getting close to end of life and Red indicates that the lamp(s) are at end of life and need replacing. Once the lamp(s) have been replaced then the Ballast timer can be reset so the countdown can start again.

This Prime Buster 140 watt UVC is manufactured from 316L stainless steel and has four adjustable feet for levelling the unit which can be installed to mount the UVC-C horizonatally. The unit also has a transparent lamp head to cater for easy manual inspection.
